I'm having trouble setting up ClamXav 2 on OS X Server, which comes with its own clamav engine installed. Has anyone done this? Some functionality works, like running scans on specific directories. But ClamXAV Sentry breaks on OS X Server (lots and lots of Growl errors). There is also the complication of amavisd used on OS X Server. There appears to be two options: 1. Configure ClamXAV to use the existing clamd/freshclam daemons on OS X server, and figure out how to fix the permissions and turn off ClamXAV's launch daemons. 2. Run ClamXAV's clamd/freshclam daemons independently, and figure out how to avoid conflicts with the also-running native clamd/freshclam daemons. This should be relatively straightforward, as OS X Server's clamav functionality comes pre-installed. Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
